Phone lines will always be busy and appointments will always be tight but if we can do something to improve your experience, we will.

“My young family and I have just recently moved to this gp practice, after one week being registered with them I had a medical emergency. I wanted to avoid A and E, from my first consultation Dr O’Brian, the nurse , Dr Catherine and the receptionist kept in constant contact by phone and in person visits (2 within one week) to get me trough it and follow up appointments also made. Nothing seemed too much trouble,explaining every step as it was happening. The clinic is spotless, but also has an edgy feel with handmade pictures on the walls, which I found comforting.
