Clondalkin Family Practice is located on the ground floor of Block A of the recently-built Clondalkin Primary Care Centre. It is the orange and white building at the junction of Boot Rd and Fonthill Rd South, about a 5 minute walk from Clondalkin Village or Newlands Cross.

If you require a repeat prescription, a social welfare cert or want to enquire about the results of tests you recently completed at the clinic please see the PATIENT PORTAL page in the menu above and submit your request.  We require 48 hours notice for these requests.

If you require an appointment, we ask that you phone the clinic on (01) 912 5290 in order for us to triage your call appropriately.  The clinic is extremely busy at the moment and we thank you for your patience when you call us.  If you are calling in relation to an emergency, please dial 112.

Outside of clinic hours, for urgent medical concerns, please contact TLC at 045 848 707.  TLC lines open from 17:30 on weekdays with clinics operating from 18:00-22:00 and lines open from 09:30 on weekends with clinics operating from 10:00-18:00.  From 22:00-08:00 on weekdays and from 18:00-10:00 on weekends, the TLC Doc line will still be open and a GP will be available for phone consultations or house calls if deemed necessary.
